Osaka Plastic Vietnam began locally manufacturing and selling buttons in July 2013.
Furnishing technology to two local partner factories, we have established a system for producing and stably supplying plastic buttons. Primarily producing staple products for men’s shirts, sportswear, and casualwear, we are also able to print brands and logos using laser engraving and other technologies.

our department who meets the following requirements:

*Key Responsibilities:*
-Lead and manage the department effectively, ensuring smooth operations
and achieving targets.
-Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance.
-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
*Requirements:*
-Bachelor's degree in office and business management or related field.
-Minimum 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in company
management.
-Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 or BJT N1+ (800+ points)
-English language proficiency at TOEIC 900 or higher, IELTS 7.7 or
higher, English fluency.
-Strong knowledge of Japanese history and culture.
-Have lived in Japan for at least 8 years.
-Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and
analytical skills.
